The permanent staff of the MAVORS - Institute currently consists of a director as well as a deputy and an administrative assistant. Regular support is provided by our chief consultant. The director is responsible for all aspects of the daily running of the MAVORS-Institute and is in over-all charge of its projects. He is elected by the board of trustees of the MAVORS-FOUNDATION, to which he delivers bi-annual reports. The projects are run by project-leaders and enjoy the support of internationally recognized specialist consultants to the Mavors-Institute.
